Three-Phase Pad-Mounted Transformer Features
The Liquid-Filled Loop Feed Pad Mounted Transformer is an oil-filledthree-phase, commercial pad mounted distribution transformer specifically designed for servicing such underground distribution loads as shopping centers, schools, institutions and industrial plants. lt is available in both live front and dead front construction, for loop feed applications. with or without taps. The transformer uses aluminum or copper winding and is optimized to maximize efficiency and footprint. lt has many advantages: such as high voltage, no drifting of neutral point, low loss small volume, cost-effective, safety and environment protection. attractive appearance and etc.
Our Liquid-Filled Loop Feed Pad Mounted Transformer is designed andtested in accordance with industry standards (including CSA, ANSI C.57.DOE, and IEEE) as applicable.
A wide range of features and accessories is available to satisfy almost any special requirement, including fuses, surge arresters, gauges, controls, cooling fans, pressure relief devices, load-break switches, and high-voltage tap switches. In addition to the standard mineral oil, alternate insulation fluids, such as silicone and seed-based vegetable oil are available for special applications.

•      Externally clamped low-voltage bushings with threaded stud for full-load current through 1400 Amps, or externally clamped one-piece NEMA spade bushings for full-load current above 1400 Amps.
•      Removable high-voltage /low-voltage neutral link, internally mounted and accessible through tamper-resistant hand hole

•      Removable terminal compartment and bottom sill, and removable doors with stainless steel hinges
•      Removable hood with stainless steel hinges, and removable sill with stainless steel fasteners
•      Three-point door latching system with recessed interlocking pentahead security bolt, and padlock provision.
•      Recessed hood latching system with captive pentahead security bolt, floating nut, and interlocking padlock provision.
