Shell-type core design for both silicon steel and amorphous metal units
Vertical triplex design specifically for three-phase transformers
Wet-process porcelain high-voltage bushings (oil-filled at 125 kV BIL and above, designed to minimize radio interference)

Molded polymer or wet-process porcelain low-voltage bushings
Tin-plated bronze terminals that are compatible with both copper and aluminum connections
Low-voltage grounding provision (excludes step-up/step-down units)
Provisions for mounting lightning arresters
Low-voltage ground strap (available only on single-bushing units; not applicable to step-up/step-down units)

Clearly stamped identification on internal secondary leads to facilitate parallel connections
