Life-Cycle Cost Reduction
Howard Industries' Customer Assistance Team excels at helping customers find ways to reduce costs. Utilizing advanced activity-based cost analysis techniques, our dedicated commercial and technical experts assist customers in thoroughly analyzing costs throughout the transformer supply chain. By identifying and eliminating activities that add cost but offer little or no value, we help our customers achieve significant savings.
Quality and Reliability Built into Every Transformer
Superior quality translates into lower failure rates, which means reduced operating and maintenance costs. Enhanced quality also allows customers to cut costs by minimizing or even eliminating the need for incoming receipt inspection and testing.
ISO-9001 Certification
The most comprehensive standard in the internationally recognized ISO-9000 series, ISO-9001 covers design, manufacturing, and servicing systems. This prestigious achievement underscores Bizoe Powers' unwavering commitment to continuous quality improvement.
At Bizoe Power, our Quality Assurance Program is meticulously crafted to meet the exacting standards of our most discerning customers. Moving beyond the traditional manufacturing-centric focus, we have devised a quality system that integrates all facets of the company's operations. This includes Marketing, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Accounting, ensuring that not only our products but every aspect of our service to customers is of
the highest quality. Bizoe Powers' sophisticated quality management system has proudly earned ISO-9001 certification.
Our transformers feature an electrostatically applied powder paint finish that is both durable and corrosion-resistant.
Electrostatically applied powder paint provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish for long-lasting protection.
Before shipment, each transformer undergoes a comprehensive series of electrical tests at our computerized final test stations, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
Our winding facility is environmentally controlled to maintain optimal conditions.
